VICE CHANCELLOR (VC)
Prof. (Dr.) Manash Ranjan Sahoo is the Vice-Chancellor of the Odisha University of Health Sciences (OUHS) in Bhubaneswar. He was appointed by the Governor and Chancellor of Universities, Raghubar Das, in May 2024. Prior to this role, he was a professor and head of the department (HoD) of general surgery at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. As head of the state's apex health sciences institution (established in 2023), he works to promote research and academic excellence in medical, dental, nursing, and allied health fields.
